Spectrum Centre provides therapy services to NDIS participants in their home and in the community throughout the Perth Central and Northern Suburbs, as well as online services Australia wide.

Spectrum Centre is a NDIS provider across all ages for:

• Capacity Building: Improved Daily Living:

  • Psychology, Social Work, and Occupational Therapy​

• Capacity Building: Behaviour Support:

  • Positive behaviour support (PBS)​

Service Delivery Process:

1. Complete initial paperwork:

- Service agreement​

- Consent form

- Information gathering

2. First appointment:

- At your home or by video meeting (telehealth)

- Getting to know you

- Setting your goals

- Making plans

3. Service Delivery:

- Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly

- At home, school, workplace, community or video meetings (telehealth)

4. Progress Report:

- Required by NDIS 

- Submitted 6 weeks before NDIS plan end date

- Outlines progress against NDIS plan goals

5. NDIS plan review:

- NDIS contacts you

- NDIS completes a plan review with you

- You receive a new NDIS plan
