PACE NDIS PLANS
If you have a new NDIS plan as a first time NDIS participant of the scheme or have undergone a renewal of an existing NDIS plan, it is likely that you received the new PACE NDIS plan.

If your plan budget is NDIA-managed, please contact NDIS and record Spectrum Centre as one of your providers (under "MyProviders"). This can be done by calling NDIS on 1800 800 110 or the NDIS Live webchat.

Only the NDIS participant or their authorised representative can advise the NDIS and record providers.
​
Without recording your service provider, NDIS will not pay any behaviours support invoices submitted for payment and will require you to individually authorise every payment for therapy services.

​How to record Spectrum Centre as a provider
​
Provide NDIS with the following information by telephone or during your planning meeting or during a NDIS check in:
Provider name: Spectrum Centre WA trading as Spectrum Centre
NDIS Provider number: 4050115256
Spectrum Centre’s ABN: 32 650 874 632
Service start date: This is the date of the service agreement with Spectrum Centre. Please ensure that the NDIS representative dates the endorsement from the service start date, and NOT the date you are contacting them. This is a common mistake.
Behaviour Support: Spectrum Centre needs to be added specifically at the support category level for Behaviour support funding.

Budget amounts
Spectrum Centre will set up an in-house system to track the budget (hours) allocated to Spectrum Centre services in the service agreement. Please keep in mind that we are unable to see the level of funding available on the NDIS portal.

For this reason, if you have previously received or are currently receiving other therapy or behaviour support services please confirm the availability of the allocated budgets with the NDIS or your plan manager. For behaviour support, there are two separate category items that each have their own allocate budget: Specialist Behaviour Support, and Behaviour Management Plan.
