Improved Relationships Funding / Positive Behaviour Support (PBS): 

• We are currently taking expression of interests for behaviour support services commencing in February 2025 in the northern suburbs.

• Please complete the PBS services expression of interest form if you would like to be contacted once we have capacity to book in new PBS referrals.

Improved Daily Living Funding / Therapy:​

• We are currently taking expression of interests for therapy referrals in the Perth Northern suburbs for:

  • Social work - for services commencing February 2025

  • Psychology - for services commencing February 2025

• Please complete the Therapy services expression of interest form if you would like to be contacted once we have capacity to book in new therapy referrals.
